increase reported FOV from plate solve to at least 3 significant figures

increase reported FOV from plate solve to at least 3 significant figures

Preferably 4. 2 is not enough to accurately determine image scale and focal length.

I like requests like this - I had to change exactly 2 characters in the source code ;)
