Displaying Camera Serial Number - Atik

Hi Robin

When using my two Atik 383L+ mono cameras (each camera in a seperate instance) Sharpcap does not show any information regarding each cameras serial number. I'm wondering if it is not part of the drivers perhaps but worth asking
If it is possible to query the serial numbers would it be possible to display the serial number somewhere in the title bar or status bar maybe.

Having the serial number of the camera saved to the camera settings file would be a big benefit too, atm I have to remember to add some comments in the notes part.

Hi Keith,

yeah, that looks possible - I will add fetching the serial number when getting the list of devices. Once that is done, SharpCap automatically shows the last 4 digits of the serial number (if there is one) if two cameras have the same name. The full serial number should end up in FITS headers too, which should let you keep track of which camera took which image.
