"Cosmetic Correction" - hot/cold pixel cleaning

Most stacking software (e.g. DSS) offers cosmetic pre-processing to mitigate hot and cold pixels. It would be nice if SharpCap offered this as well. Yes, I am aware that one purpose of dark frames is to correct hot/cold pixels and they arguably do a better job. However, if you don't have a cooled camera, hot & cold pixels can start to creep back in as the temperature changes; especially as temperature falls, the dark begins to over-correct and what were red/green/blue hot pixels become cyan/magenta/yellow cold pixels. It would be nice if SharpCap could handle this.
