I am trying to get some imaging done with my ZWO ASI 1600 mono camera. I looked at a post on line, that is apparently old, that showed in the camera controls a place to set binning. But after hooking up the camera and checking on the control panel I see no such control. Is a binning option still available in Sharp Cap?

yes, still supported for the ZWO cameras - it should show up in a control group called 'Capture format and area' on the right hand side. If it is not there, check that you have opened the camera using the entry in the 'ZWO ASI Cameras' section of the cameras menu, not the one in the 'Directshow Cameras' section.
