Perpetual License for SharpCap

Hi,

I have been contacted by one of my clients who works for a government agency. They are not allowed to purchase subscription-based software and he wanted to purchase a perpetual license for SharpCap. There was no contact button on the main sharpcap page so I had to resort to using the forum for this question. They are willing to pay a premium for a perpetual license.
