Hi, I was wondering if I can use sharpcap pro to trigger the camera at a particular interval but not download the picture. I just want them saved to my camera sd card as normal.

SharpCap 4 has a feature called framing shots (when in still mode) that capture a frame from the camera but SharpCap doesn't save it. You can only take single framing shots manually, but you could use the python scripting language to program SharpCap to take multiple shots.

Another option would be to use live stacking and turn the option to save RAW frames to off - the camera would take images (saving to SD), SharpCap would stack the images but not save the individual frames.
