Licence re-new

Hi.
I had problems using PayPal to re-new my licence,
So I final got my licence, and now see that the new licence is valid for only 6 months instead of 12 months, how come.?
I thought that it should be for the 12 months for which I paid for.

PS. Just seen in my email that the licence is till the Expiration Date of: 2022/09/19.
but in the software it says 2 March 2022.
