Hi, sorry for this basic question, i have done a bit of a search first but couldn't really find the answer so have to ask,
My license is due to expire on the 17th October, so a few weeks away yet.
How do i go about renewing the license?
Generally you would just click renew license and follow the prompts i am guessing,
But on my laptop, i generally keep it of the internet ( this is where i have SharpCap installed )
So i definitely want to renew my license but just not 100% sure how to go about it.
Do i have to put my laptop on the internet to renew my license, or can i somehow just renew my license another way?
I think when i first purchased my license last year i got emailed a key, i just copied that key information to a usb stick and plugged that into the laptop and transferred the key information over and that worked.
Any information on this simple question would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
