Hi,
I have a problem when connecting a Lodestar X2 camera to the latest version of SharpCap in my laptop with Win. 10 with the latest updates installed. I have also the latest Ascom software and camera driver installed.
The image window only shows a white surface and soon after that, this message appears: "The default profile for this camera failed to load correctly. Check controls then re-save the profile to fix". See attached screenshot.
Do someone have any clue about what the problem could be?

your version of SharpCap is *very* out of date! 3.1.5220 is now 3 years old and since then we have had SharpCap 3.2 and now SharpCap 4.0
Grab the latest version from the downloads page - https://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap/downloads. Hopefully your issue will be resolved - if not, please let me know.
