When I try to activate my pro license on a second computer through the help menu it says "no license" and the ability to paste in the license key is greyed out. How can I activate the pro license on my second computer?

I was finally able to paste the license key into the key window. I tried pasting it into WORD and it said the link was broken. I tried copying the key again (3rd time) and this time it was able to paste it in.
