I can find no condition where iGuider works in PHD2. Sharpcap open or closed had no effect.
IGuider also does not show up in the Windows 10 Device Manager. I tried updating all the usb drivers in the device manager but each was reported to be the latest version.
On Monday, I’m taking the mount over to iOptron’s HQ which is about 25 minutes drive. There must be something flakey with the internal cabling to iGuider. Sorry for taking up time thinking SC might be conflicting in some way.
Cheers
Gary
ps: I’m just starting the ‘figure out focusing’ journey with SC and Zwo mini EAF- 115 steps backlash - makes it very difficult.

Hi Gary,
no worries - a big part of finding the cause of a problem is eliminating the things that are not causing it - and that can take time
You can set up SC 4 to correct for your backlash, or to use overshoot focusing and always approach a position in the same direction - see the hardware page of the settings.
cheers,
Robin
