Will SC4 run on Windows 8

Not sure if this has been asked already but will the beta 4.0 run on windows 8 ? I can’t seem to get it to work or load properly

Hi,
I don't think I have done anything specifically to stop it, but it must be Windows 8.1 (not the original 8). You may find it helps to install the .NET Framework 4.8 from Microsoft manually first.
If you are still getting problems, post a screenshot/log showing any errors you are getting.
