Mallincamsky DS10c and SC 4.00

The new version of SC doesn't connect to Mallincamsky DS10c through ASCOM drivers for this camera. Therefore I cannot connect the mount either.

Hi,
please can you share a log and a screenshot of any error message that you see - it will give me a chance of working out what is going on.

No luck. Telescope menu does not drop down to show the mount

Hi Dan,
make sure you have the latest ASCOM platform installed - if you have a really old one then it will not work correctly with the latest SharpCap.

Updated to ASCOM 6.5 SP1 and SC 4.0 works very well with the Mallincamsky DS10c camera. I will test it on the DS26c next. Maybe the sensor analysis failures were also attributable to my using the previous (older) version of ASCOM.
