During polar alignment, I don't see the green concentric circles on the display image. What am I not dong right?

Thanks admin, but that doesn’t really help me. I’ve tried to post an image, to illustrate what I mean, but I don’t seem to be able to post one in.

uploads must be less than 1Mb in size - if it is bigger than that then try reducing the size (save as JPG or reduce image size). I will also send a private message so you can email me the image if you want.
