Hello.
Adds my Polish translation.

I agree with previous speakers that I would like to translate the application in its entirety. I understand that it is a lot of work, but if what - I am available with the Polish language.

Hi maccio,

thanks for taking the time to make the Polish translation - I have added them to SharpCap and they will be available in the next update to SharpCap 4.0.

I did notice when testing that some words (like 'On', 'Off' etc) are not translated in Controls_pl.json - was this deliberate?

I do intend to make more of the program translatable in the future, but the amount of work is large, and some areas are harder to prepare for translation than others - particularly where the program displays text that is generated interactively, rather than being fixed text.

thanks again,

Robin

Hi Robin

Words such as ON and OFF are so universal all over the world, that especially in place with limited space that there is no need to translate them into Polish "włącz" and "wyłącz". Among others, such words as LIVE STAKING or LIVE VIEW. Although I tried to translate the word GAIN, which translated into my later embarrassment in the yet untranslated FLAT frame window.

As you can see, my English is not fluent and I rather use Google Translate. However, it was the complicated specialist formulations that caused me the most problems. I will try to collect them, maybe I can explain them more broadly in order to make the most accurate translation.

At the moment I am still browsing the entire program, menu by menu in order to fix contextual or logical errors, or as you have noticed before - some fields are too short for too long translated phrases. I can try various tricks, such as shortcuts or removing unnecessary phrases without losing the sense of the all term.

Of course, after making more corrections, I will send changed files. I am glad that I was able to contribute to this cool project, thus facilitating my "nightly" work with the application.
I am also waiting impatiently for the next files ready for translation.

You have made a great application that we can improve together by giving it a global dimension.

(A few changes to the three attached files)

Sorry, Robin,

I'm re-uploading the changed three files. Unfortunately, I only know your application a few days and I am learning it all the time. I am reading the manuals and only beginning to understand how some options work.

I hope this is not too much of a problem for you, especially since you are in front of the PAS.

Hi Maccio,

that's no problem - I just need to copy the files over the old versions, very easy. Thanks for taking the time to fine tune the translations :)

cheers,

Robin
