Re: library
Hi,
if you capture dark frames using SharpCap's 'Capture dark' menu option, then by default the dark frames will be saved into a library structure based on the camera settings – see this part of the documentation : https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/3.2/#Captur ... k%20Frames
Flat frames are typically not reused in quite the same way because they really need to be re-captured if you change any part of the imaging system (for instance adjust the camera rotation or the focus). Because of this when you use the 'Capture Flat' option, SharpCap saves the flat image in the folder that would be used for normal image captures (typically based on the current date) and then uses that flat frame correction immediately.
SharpCap has no special support for capturing or using bias frames. If you make sure you capture your flatdark frames at the same exposure length as your light frames then bias frames are unnecessary.
As an alternative, you can take charge of all of this yourself by using the advanced options to set up how files are named when capturing. This gives you almost unlimited flexibility about how the names of captured files created - see https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/3.2/#Filename%20Templates
Cheers, Robin
