I think you could probably get away with turning it down to 10 – that still plenty far enough to ensure that the dithering steps should blur out any pattern noise and it will overrule reduce the long-term random drift due to dithering.
The only other parameter that takes effect for the unguided dithering is the minimum settle time – SharpCap will wait at least this time after the post guiding manoeuvre is complete to allow the mount to settle. The default here should be enough - no need to change unless you are seeing artefacts in the imaging that might be coming from the image being started before the mount is fully settled.
