Hello, complete newbie to astrophotography, here. I don't even have my hardware to mount my D850 to my telescope or directly to my mount yet, but am in the process of ordering it and researching this software. I will undoubtedly be getting very involved with astrophotography and will be buying the SharpCap Pro license. I am trying to figure out how I will be connecting my camera to the computer and what drivers I may need. Thanks so much in advance for and guidance someone can point me to.

there is an Ascom driver being developed for DSLR cameras of all different brands, allowing them to be used to SharpCap. You can follow the discussion about it and find the download links on this thread on cloudy nights - https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/7076 ... ntax-sony/

At the moment there are a few rough edges when trying to use this, but things are improving rapidly.
