Hi,

there may be some people on here who know about registax, but they will need to much know much more about what you are trying to do when the problem happens to offer any useful help.

What size are your image files - and how many are you trying to stack. Registax is quite old software now and struggles with modern camera file sizes

What version? I believe that they just released a 64-bit version.

Most people now do alignment/stacking in AutoStakkert and then only use Registax for the final wavelet sharpening.

cheers,

I capture SER files, stack with Autostakkert and sharpen in Registax. This seems to be a robust workflow commonly used.

I doubt anyone here will be able to assist until you provide information such as file type, file size, type of object .....

Don't think so - latest I know of is v6.1.0.8 circa 2012 - were you thinking of DSS?
