How do I remove Darks from the file in Sharpcap.

Thanks Dave, I am looking to empty the file in sharpcap. So that no darks are listed when I open subtract darks.

Hi,

if you are thinking about the list of files shown in the dropdown when you are choosing to select a dark frame, then you have to edit the registry to clear this list - the list can be cleared by deleting the value at
Please only attempt this if you are comfortable with editing the registry using RegEdit, as you can cause all sorts of mischief to your system if you make a mistake.

Please note that in SharpCap 3.1, if you delete any of the dark files listed in the dropdown then SharpCap should spot that fact and remove them from the list automatically - this will happen the next time you open the camera *after* deleting the files.
