Re: Questions about Japanese localization of SharpCapUserManual
Hi,
Camera Controls > Capture Format and Area > 'Output Format' section
'General Tab' is correct for 'Saving Tab', please fix.
Therefore,
Configuring SharpCap section The following screenshot (old version) needs to be replaced.
Also,
Please, please add the text as a "Save Tab" item.
Please help me to edit the link settings.
Always from the user's perspective...

Hi,
The Menu Bar > SharpCap Settings section
The link for 'Configuring SharpCap' is wrong ( 'Sensor Analysis').
Also,The SharpCap Settings image above it needs to be replaced.

Thank you,
I have no idea what is going on with those links - they were all correct at one point. I suspect Microsoft Word has managed to mess them up all on its own

Re: Questions about Japanese localization of SharpCapUserManual
Hi,
I thought about the differences between the links.
First, the 'Seeing Monitor' link from:
The anchor text of the link tag (href attribute) is "19_SensorAnalysis.htm#_Seeing_Monitor", but "23_SeeingMonitor.htm#_Seeing_Monitor" is correct.
However, the actual 'Seeing Monitor' link, "19_SensorAnalysis.htm", has a name attribute <a name="_Seeing_Monitor"></a>, which jumps to this link.
'Collimation' and 'Feature Tracking' also have the same link error where the name attribute exists.
<a name="_Collimation"></a>
<a name="_Feature_Tracking"></a>
So the solution is to change the anchor text name or put the Toc code in the link tag (href attribute).
(For example, 23_SeeingMonitor.htm#_Toc75528987)

Hi,
Question!
Camera Controls > Camera Controls section > Frame Rate Limit
Does 'UI' in "This affects the rate at which the UI is updated" mean that it affects this camera control panel?

Re: Questions about Japanese localization of SharpCapUserManual
Hi,
this means that if you select '1 frame every 2 seconds' for instance then the image on screen will only update every 2 seconds and there will only be one frame saved to file every 2 seconds. It does not affect the update of other parts of the UI such as the camera control panel or status.
thanks,
Robin

Re: Questions about Japanese localization of SharpCapUserManual
Hi,
Thanks,
In other words, is it correct that it only affects the speed of saving files and does not affect the updating of other parts of the UI?
So,
"This affects the rate at which frames are saved to any capture file and the rate at which the UI is updated." Add the following text after.
"Note that this will not affect updates to other parts of the UI, such as the camera control panel and status."
*****************************************************************************************************************************************************************
The following questions:
Camera Controls > Pre-processing section > Subtract Dark
Is the following definition of 'amp glow' (アンプグロー)correct?
"The effect of circuitry in the camera body or sensor causing one part of the image to shine brighter than the adjacent part."
Always from the user's perspective...

Hi,
amp glow - quite close to that - perhaps 'additional brightness to all or part of the image caused by the electronics of the camera sensor'
