Hi Robin,
4.1.13268.0-64bit was running smoothly for me list night with the goto sequence stopping and starting Phd2. I would call this issue resolved.
No stops at the waiting for the mount to settle step. I didn't change targets a lot last night, spending time on dim galaxies. I didn't experience any stops, but, this was an infrequent issue for me. I test this better when I have a night with a long target list. All is good for now.
