I want to update SharpCap.
I start the download and get the message "Downloading SharpCap". However, it just stays like that.
What to happen next?
I cannot find a downloaded file in the Downloads folder.
After restarting, I still have the same older version installed.
Can anyone help?
Best regards,
Niels

Re: Update problem
Hi,
it's probably easier just to update manually than to try to work out what is going on with the auto update - head to our downloads page and grab the latest version and install that. If you really want to try to sort out the auto-update, it creates logs in the Windows temporary files folder called 'NetSparkle <date and time info>.log' - those may contain some info on what it is trying to do and why it is failing. However, if the download is just getting stuck for some reason then most likely the log will just end with 'starting download' or similar
cheers,
Robin
