Upgraded my camera (ASI224) and my copy of Sharpcap (from V3.0). Currently using the latest version of 4.1. Camera is a ZWO ASI662MC.
I have a question about the color balance controls in the "Image Controls" window. There are two listed White bal R and White bal B. My initial images of Jupiter were about the color of thin pea soup, greenish. This is with a RAW16 and .ser file format. The manual offers to not mess with these settings and leave them in their neutral position.
What would be considered the neutral position? They are currently set at 50, which is right in the middle.
Any assistance would be great.
Thanks, Mike

Re: Color balance ZWO ASI662MC
Hello and welcome Mike.
R50/B50 is a fine setting most of the time. During processing afterwards the colours are corrected and the green pea soup colour gets corrected.
Having said that: you could try R50/B99. This will give a bit more "natural" colours on screen during capturing. Still greenish but here also it gets corrected during processing afterwards.
