Questions for you:
1) are you also using some sort of remote connection method (TeamViewer/Remote Desktop) to operate the computer? That seems to be a common theme in the reports above. If so, what tool are you using.
2) Do you have a ultra high resolution display or monitor? Again seems to be a common theme.
Also a test to try
Install the very latest SharpCap 3.2 beta (3.2.5708 or later) and run SharpCap from a command prompt adding the '/SoftwareRendering' option - ie.
