I have a new ZWO 6200MC pro. I connected to Sharpcap pro 4.1 and all controls work but it doesn’t capture any images. I tried connecting to Sharpcap pro 4.0 and everything works fine. Can someone help me figure out how to get the camera working in 4.1?

Hi,
sounds like there may be an issue with the USB connection - that can often let the camera get detected and the controls work, but when the larger data transfer of a whole frame of image comes along, something goes wrong. My first guess would be to turn down the 'Turbo USB' setting from the default (which is probably on 'auto') and see if that helps. Otherwise there are more steps that can be used to diagnose this sort of issue here : viewtopic.php?f=18&t=349&p=1556#p1556
