Hello,
I would like to purchase an ASI 585 MM camera but it is not recognized by Sharpcap. I have the latest pro version, though. The camera is recognized by ASI Studio but not by sharpcap.

do you have the very latest version (4.1.13332) which is only available on our download page (https://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap/downloads)?
The version that you get by doing an 'check for updates' is always a bit older as we don't put a new version onto the auto-update until we are sure it hasn't got any significant new bugs (often 6 to 12 weeks behind the version you can manually download).
