Hi,
Is ASI585MM (non Pro) supported? Somehow Sharpcap can not find the camera.
Updated everything, Sharpcap, ZWO driver, rebooted. ASI Studio can see and use the camera on the same PC.

Hi Andriy,
normally something like this happens if you have a brand new model of camera and the version of SharpCap you are using doesn't have the latest SDK from the manfacturer. However, SharpCap 4.1 contains the latest ZWO SDK (1.37) since version 4.1.13152 (late february).
If you are on an older version than that, please download the latest from our downloads page and try again (note that the auto-update runs on a much slower cycle than the weekly new version downloads, so auto-update may not have that new SDK version yet).
If you are already on a version of SharpCap with the latest SDK then it's would be a mystery as to why the camera is not appearing.
