Hello,
My computer is Windows 10 64-bit
SharpCap Pro v4.1.13229
Camera: Touptek Atrcmos16000kpa
The Smart Histogram doesn't work with this camera.
I also have a Zwo asi662mc, and it works perfectly with that camera.
What could be the problem?
Smart Histogram

Re: Smart Histogram
Hi Martin,
I think the most likely cause of this is that there may be no default sensor data available for your model of camera. SharpCap includes sensor data for several hundred cameras when installed, but if your camera is not covered by that data then you will see a message that you need to perform sensor analysis to get the smart histogram to work.
Sensor analysis is usually fairly quick (less than 15 minutes unless you have trouble getting the illumination level set correctly) and is described in the documentation here : https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/4.1/#!2!Sensor%20Analysis . Once you have done the analysis for each camera mode you intend to use (ie RAW8 and RAW16) then the smart histogram should become available. Note that if your camera has different read modes then you will need to perform sensor data for each combination of colour space and read mode that you intend to use.
thanks,
Robin
