Problem with flip function
Why when I use the flip function (both) the stacked image is OK but the individual saved frames are all blue/purple?.

this is expected - when you flip the image, the effective bayer pattern of the image changes (since it is determined by the order of the colour pixels in the top-left corner, and that's different for a flipped image). SharpCap does try to write out headers to FITS and SER files that represent this change, but for FITS files very few processing applications actually read those headers. For other formats like TIFF or PNG there are no standards for recording this information.
If you change the debayer pattern option in your viewing/processing application for the flipped files then all should be fine.
