Hi, Robin,
I hope you're well, and maybe enjoying a clear night? (For a change, eh? )
Just downloaded latest update and...
Please see attached screenshot: previous versions have opened, with camera selected & running, but without the default profile loaded (this is despite me having saved out the Default profile a number of times since it was reported to contain something distasteful...)
Nothing seems to be responsive.
As you can see, this is not a very useful state to be in! I hope to cure it via a <CTRL>-help-down load...

Re: v.4.1.12281 initial opening 'unhelpful state'
Hi,
did you get anywhere further with this? I have just tested with an ASI071 and don't see the same issue. The fact that you are seeing frames being counted in the status bottom left but no camera controls showing probably means it has become stuck while opening the camera (mostly open and running, but then something got stuck so the controls never appear).
If you can make it happen again, a log would be useful as I can track how far it got and try to work out what might have caused the issue. Note that this week's changes are unlikely to be related to this except that I did include a new ZWO SDK, so that could have an effect on ZWO cameras.
I will also check for any uploaded bug reports that might reveal the same issue.
cheers,
Robin

Sorry, Robin, as well as the lousy weather, I've been busy re-roofing my astroshed... no sign of this since getting everything re-connected!
Sorry to have wasted your time...

Hi,
no worries - good to hear that it has gone away and that (hopefully) the astro shed is now weather proof again!
Now for some clear skies, yes?
cheers,
Robin
