Hello Robin
i see the new feature for live planetary stacking and looks amazing
i have a silly question; wondering if would be possible to use planetary live stack and at same time save the .ser file in classic mode ; would be really great cause i could see planet with wavelets and at same time having the unprocessed .ser that i can stack later
thanks a lot

Re: question about planetary image live stacking
Hi,
yes, you can definitely do this if you want - the start capture and quick capture buttons remain enabled to allow this while the planetary live stacking is active.
You can also use it the other way around - the 'High Speed' test camera allows you to open a previously saved SER file and will play it back, meaning you can test out planetary live stacking on previously saved videos to get the hang of how it works.
cheers,
Robin

Re: question about planetary image live stacking
Hello
I was out the other night trying to live stack some images of the full moon. Somewhere along the line I must have clicked on something that will not undo! During the live stacking, in the image window of the moon, there is this framing square that floats over the actual image and will not go away. I can't really explain it because I really don't know what it is. The frame can be adjusted like a crop frame. It interferes' with the imaging. I have a screen shot posted for review.. Hope I have explained my problem, would you have any idea
