Hi Robin,

I'm using widows media player, VLC is the same. I've tried to send a video but I get 'Invalid file extension: 20_03_04Z.wmv' message.
The video is actually upside down and back to front! The timestamp is in the bottom left, mirrored...I've tried capturing the images on two different laptops, same effect.

Hi Doug,

the wmv file type isn't allowed as an attachment here on the forums, and the file would probably be too big anyway (the file size limit is 1Mb). The best bet is to upload the video file to onedrive/google drive/dropbox and then include a sharing download link here. It would be helpful if you also posted your 'capturesettings.txt' file that is generated alongside the saved file - that contains all the camera settings and may reveal something that we have missed so far.

thanks,

Robin

Hi Robin,

I'm imaging tonight, I'll send you the capture settings tomorrow, I will be 'out of town' for a couple of weeks so I will not be able to respond to any replies,

Hi Robin,

I've just made a short video, here are the camera settings that I have been using:
19_51_50Z.CameraSettings.txt
And here is the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/108kQyb ... sp=sharing

Doug.

Hi Doug,

thanks for that - the mystery of why it all looked OK for me is at least solved - the problem looks like it only happens in MONO modes (colour is fine). I will have to dig into that a bit and work out the real reason and fix it.

cheers,

Robin
