Hello all, I'd like to connect my ZWO camera, ZWO EAF and Skywatcher EQ6 mont to ASIAIR, then connect ASIAIR to the router through the ethernet cable. Will sharpcap running on my PC on the same LAN recognize and control camera, mount and EAF?
Thank you!

Re: Connecting mount, camera and focuser through ASIAIR
Hi,
to be honest, I just don't know, sorry!
There are a couple of ways that *might* work if the ASI Air makes the devices attached to it available over the network using standard APIs - those are
* If the ASI Air makes devices available via the Indigo API :
SharpCap => Alpaca/Indigo Bridge => ASI Air
* If the ASI Air makes devices available via the ASCOM Alpaca API :
SharpCap => ASI Air
But, both of those are big 'IF's - I have no idea if the ASIAir implements those sort of standard APIs or only its own proprietry one
Anyone on here got an ASI Air and know the answer?
cheers,
Robin
