Hi all,
Can you help me with a problem please ?
I've recently got a ZWO2600MC Pro Duo, upgraded from a 294MC Pro - The 294 worked fine with Sharpcap but doesn't recognise the 2600Duo. I've upgraded to the latest version of the software today, and have swapped cables but it still doesn't recognise the camera.
I power the Camera from the ASIAIR but disconnect the USB3 Cable and plug that into the Camera, as I did with the 294. I usually use ASIAIR but do use Sharpcap for Planetary and for when the ROI is not large enough for things like a Video capture of the Moon, but keep the tracking going within the ASIAIR. When I plug the USB into the Laptop the Camera Fan powers up, and I do have power to the Camera.
I'm probably missing something obvious here, does anyone know how to fix this ?
Many thanks
Graham.

Hello Graham and welcome
Probably a long shot, but did you install also the latest Zwo drivers?
If not, you can find it here: https://www.zwoastro.com/software/

Re: Sharpcap Can't recognise my ZWO2600 Duo
Hi Menno,
Many thanks for your quick reply. It was the Ascom Drivers that needed updating - I had mistakenly assumed that by loading the new version of SharpCap the drivers would be there, as I've not got much experience of non ASAIR operating systems (I started with the Air when I first started Astro and have stuck with it).
All good now, and looking forward to getting to grips with SharpCap again !
Regards
Graham.
