The temperature slider in v4.1 does not work correctly on my system..It works perfectly on v4.0. When I use the target temperature slider on v4.1 trying to set a -10 degree temp, it goes from -40,-31,-22,-13,-4. Sometimes when I uninstall and reinstall 4.1 it will work correctly the first time I use it, then reverts back to previous behavior....My OS is Widows 11 Pro and my Cameras are ZWO 533MC-P & 294MC-P

Hello and welcome
Could you please attach a log file from a session where that happend? That way it's easier to see what happend.
In SharpCap go to the Help tab and there choose Show Log. There you can locate the log file on disk.
It's preferred to attach the file in your answer instead of copy and pasting it

Hi,
can you check to see if you have turned on the option to show temperatures in Farenheit (first page of the SharpCap settings) - please turn off that option if it is on. I am seeing the same myself with ZWO cameras when the Farenheit option is turned on - it shouldn't be doing that, but I suspect some rounding of the calculations between farenheit and celcius is causing the issue. I will try to fix for the next update, but until then you should be fine using Celcius temperatures.
