The settings have not been touched in Sharpcap.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Image Problem
Hello and welcome
Could you make a screenshot of SharpCap interface with the settings you used? That way we can compare better.

Re: Image Problem
Hello Menno,
Look at the difference between my LiveView and the snapshot.
It looks like the image is in negative.
However, I didn't touch anything with the settings.
I've tried with other cameras and I have the same problem.

Re: Image Problem
ok I found it.
The button on the histogram tab was engaged.
I don't understand how it started on its own.
Thank you in any case.

Re: Image Problem
Hi,
you may have configured SharpCap to automatically restore the camera settings from the last use of the camera - if that is enabled then one of the settings that will be restored is the configuration of the display histogram stretch/invert option. So, if you had used the histogram adjustments a previous time that you used SharpCap, the previously used settings would be reloaded.
You can turn this option off in the settings, or just disable it one time by holding down <CTRL> while opening the camera.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Image Problem
Good to hear you found it. Happend to me too that somehow I enabled something not on purpose and was going nuts to find the solution

Re: Image Problem
Yes, I know it can happen, but in my situation, there was a bug in the software.
I found settings that I had been using for several months, completely modified, with exposure times of 53 seconds while the setting was 5.5 ms.
I don't understand what happened. I use W11 unfortunately.
Thank you for your support anyway and good heavens to you
