An error message "tried to start camera in all available modes and nothing worked. gave up"
I was using the free version and all worked fine so bought the licence. Now I am having problems.
My computer is a
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.59 GHz 16.0 GB of ram.
Any suggestion Please

Hi Bill,

the Celestron Skyris cameras are supported directly by SharpCap, so no need to go through the 'DirectShow' option (which gives less control and flexibility - and an error in this case). You should open your camera using the entry in the 'Celestron/Imaging Source' section of the camera menu, not the 'DirectShow' section. If you don't see the Celestron/Imaging Source option then you probably need to install the device driver for your camera on the PC

Hope this helps,
