Hello everyone. I am very happy using Sharpcap Pro.
I have problems with the function of "Folder monit" used as a camera.
I have read the instructions but I can't make any progress.
I need to use Saharp cap to project my saved images on a second screen, but I don't know how to do it. I don't know in which folder I should save the images, in what format, etc.
can you help me?
Thank you and congratulations for having managed to make this spectacular software.
JOSE M . ESPINOSA (SPAIN).
How He folder monitor function works. I have problems with her.

Hi,
SharpCap can read the following formats to display in the folder monitor camera : JPG, PNG, TIF, FITS. If you have other formats then you will need to convert them in a different program (ie CR2 raw files from a DSLR would need to be converted to TIFF using something like dcraw).
Once you have suitable files - all the files you want to show in one folder - open the folder monitor camera, click on the 'Browse' button (shown here : https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/4.1/#Virtual%20Cameras) and browse to the folder containing the files. Click on one of the files, then press the 'All PNG Files' (or All TIFF/all FITS/all JPG) button that appears in the file browser. SharpCap will then select all the files in the folder that match the first clicked on file for viewing. The files must match in both file format and resolution (width and height).
Once you have done this, you should be able to use the 'Play' button in the folder monitor camera controls to make SharpCap display each file in turn.
If you have two monitors and want the image on the second screen - use the 'Two monitor view' option - see https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/4.1/#View
cheers,
Robin
