Hi Robin,

The crash occurs when I try to connect to the camera. Other cameras work.

I have the latest drivers, which are already quite old. I think the simple truth is: the camera is discontinued and now the software support has ended.
This means for me: ditch it and get a new one. That is very annyoing (especially for a thing that costs 200€!) but that is the reality with most digital devices.

Hi,

unfortunately a lot of manufacturers tend to focus on getting new products out of the door and keeping older products working properly tends to take a lower priority :(

Your best bet may be to work back trying older versions of SharpCap (following links on our download page you can find versions going all the way back to 3.0 from 2017. I'm hoping that whatever issue with the QHY SDK is causing the problem is something that has been introduced relatively recently, so by goiong back to an old SharpCap and therefore an old SDK, you may be able to work around the issue.

I was seeing the same issue And it seems i have the same bad install. Unfortunately i was at the WSP when getting the errors and had no internet. Will test out fix when home.
