I think we have suggested before that the only way to sort this out is for you to share at least one saved image file so that we can test to confirm.
In PIPP you almost certainly have to adjust settings manually when selecting PNG to get the debayer active - did you make those adjustments? Look in the bottom right of the 'Input Options' tab and tick 'Debayer Monochrome Frames'.
