Thought I'd give it a try...
Laptop 15" - but not a large enough screen to get both the camera view and the alignment window to allow me to correctly identify the points.
I managed to switch camera view to 33% that allowed me to do a couple of points, but auto size prevented me correctly choosing the 3rd.
The alignment window seems fixed and I'm unable to move it.
Will get a screen capture to explain better....

Hi,
if you can upload it to somewhere and share the link, that would be fine.
What is the screen resolution you are using? I aim for 1280 wide to be usable, but 1920 wide is optimal.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Solar Mosaic
Hi,
in that view it looks like the top of the mosaic window is off-screen, which stops you from moving it around -is that the case when it appears? If so, that's the underlying issue, since you should be able to move it partly offscreen for the 3rd point if needed.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Solar Mosaic
The problem was I couldn't grab any part of the window to move or resize it. It was fixed in place. All I could do is use the close button. I could just peek around the top right to change camera view size.

Re: Solar Mosaic
Ok, it sounds like it is appearing too far up the screen so that the title bar is off the top of the screen - I will try to work out why.
There is a trick to rescue a window where the title bar is off the screen
1) Press Alt-Space
2) Press M
3) Press one of the direction arrow keys on the keybord
4) Move the mouse - the window will now follow the mouse around and you can place it with a click.
If you try the same trick with a window with the title bar on the screen, you will see why it works
cheers,
Robin
