Would you consider reducing the current histogram sample window a little to exclude the Time Stamp brightness? Also, when using the QHY-174 GPS camera, the GPS data show up in the current histogram as a line pattern.

Hi Renato,
what you need to do is click on the 'selection area' button in the toolbar to turn on the red selection rectangle, then adjust that to cover the part of the image you are interested in (excluding timestamp, etc). When the selection rectangle is active, the histogram only samples inside the selection box. That's the best approach, since it means that the histogram really is global on the whole image for everyone else who isn't using timestamps or GPS data.
