Our group is looking at doing some scripting with sharpcap for the eclipse in October, and we're trying to figure out if Sharpcap 4.1 will be released in time for us to plan on it being available. It'd be nice to use python 3 since that's what people are using in most other contexts these days.

my goal is to get the 4.1 beta turned into a full release sometime in the summer (late July maybe), so you should be fine by October. I might even have updated the documentation by then
