Player one M MAX problem

Hi
I have a problem with Player One Astronomy Apollo-M Max camera with sharpcap software. When I start the software the camera is recognized but the direct shot does not appear. If I open the cam in firecapture the live image is perfectly reproduced.
If I take a photograph it is well exposed but I don't see the live broadcast.

I deactivated the graphics card acceleration and the live recording started again, thanks to all.

Hi,

well done for finding that option. If that option has helped then it is *usually* an indication that your graphics card drivers are out-of-date. Have a look for the latest version for your hardware on the manufacturer site (Intel/AMD/NVidia) and if you can find a newer version then install that and see if it helps. The versions that you get from Windows Update or PC/Laptop manufacturers can often be quite old.
