zwo 533 MC Pro black screen

I have the 533 MC Pro and when I try to use it in the latest version of sharpcap I only get a black screen. It is previewing and Counting frames. Changing the gain exposure time excetera does not change anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled sharpcap. The camera drivers were already present. I then tried ASI cap and the camera does work there so this is not a camera issue.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

if you have used SharpCap previously, try holding down the CTRL key while opening the camera - this will stop SharpCap from restoring the last used settings for the camera. It's possible that you have somehow changed a setting that makes the image dark (display stretch, etc).
