Hi, I just have a simple question I hope in regards to the dark frames that i plan to take and use in the Live Stacking.
Basically, should the camera setting be the same as for what you use to take your lights?
As in, use the same exposure and gain settings that you are going to use for the lights?
Only asking as I m still learning with SharpCap Pro and things are a little different from what i am normally use to in another program.
I am using a asi2600 mc camera,
Exposure is 58 seconds going from the information using the brain function in the smart histogram, as it was a bit bright last night out imaging
Gain is 100
So do i use these figures when shooting my Dark frames?
I have the Flat frames all sorted out and that also did my bias frames also.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Re: Question on Dark Frames
Hi
Yes, your darks should have the same settings as your lights.
And especially also the same temperature as your lights. So if you shot your lights with -10 degrees, your darks should also be shot with -10 degrees.
