Change Planet/Disk Stabilization "out of bounds" area colour

Hi,

there's actually a reason for showing them straight away - it means that the person who is imaging can see how much of the available adjustment has been used and how much is still to use before you do hit the edge.

I think I darkened down the 'out of bounds' area by a factor of 2 - not sure if this helps any with stacking. Another option would be to run the video through PIPP to crop down to the central area.

That's what I do; I'd run it through PIPP anyway so it's not a big deal.
