Looking for brightness/offset setting

#1

Post by woldsweather »

After being slagged off in another group for asking questions and have googled and googled and googled some more and searched the SC manual.

I have learnt that offset is called brightness in SC and I read it is located in Image Control.

I don't see it in Image Control. Is there a way to make it show?

[offset is called brightness in SC /quote]
This is correct for ZWO cameras.

For QHY cameras, offset is called offset.
For Altair cameras, offset is called black level.

Depending on which camera you have, this setting will appear in one of the camera control drop downs on the right hand side of the screen.
