Robin, I have donwloaded the latest version, the good news is that now I can click on Calibrate. The bad news is that when I do so, I get a message:
Cannot move mount because:
CheckDotNetExceptions ASCOM.USBST4.Telescope MoveAxis
System.NotImplementedException: La Méthode ou l'opération n'est pas implémentée (See Inner Exception for details)
Then I have to kill the process because this message comes again and again.
In addition, when I click on Monitor, I see drift values changing but no chart on the right part of the window: is it normal?

Hmm,
something not quite right there - I will investigate again and see if I can rig up the ASCOM Simulator mount to have the same capabilities as yours.
cheers,
Robin
